Bronnen

Dit is de lijst met bronnen die in het onderzoeksstuk worden geciteerd; de bibliotheek achter het onderzoek telt meer notities dan hier staan. Leescode A betekent dat de bron volledig is gelezen, leescode B dat ze deels is gelezen of alleen als abstract of samenvatting. Het type zegt wat voor bron het is (onderzoek, overheid, toezichthouder, journalistiek, bedrijfsrapport, wet of praktijk); journalistieke bronnen zijn anekdotisch en tonen dat iets voorkomt, geen omvang of oorzaak. Een bron met het label leverancier komt van een partij die iets verkoopt op dit terrein, en wordt daarom met die kanttekening gelezen.
